How many of you are having a blast using a spiral slicer?!  I love mine!  It’s so fun to create oodles of zoodles!  You can creat so many different delicious and healthy dishes in such a short time!  The other night I zoodled a couple zucchini’s… Added them to some left over free range organic chicken, threw in some mushrooms, and added some evolution and  pesto sauce.  Sautéed them for a bit. Topped it with chopped tomato, fresh chopped basil, and a tad of Parmesan cheese.  I have the Universal Tri-Blade Mandoline Spiral Slicer from ………
