My husband and I rarely use our microwave anymore… However, we do use it on occasions maybe to melt butter, coconut oil, or zap something because we are in a hurry, or just don’t want to get the pans out! Structures of molecules are torn apart, molecules are forcefully deformed (called structural isomerism) and thus become impaired in quality.”
