It is important to maintain pH balance in our bodies. One can do this by changing their diet and eating foods that promote alkalinity! Some foods that promote a balanced pH include celery, broccoli, peppers, kale, and avocados!
Symptoms can include : muscular pain, heartburn, cold hands or feet, joint pain, mucus build-up, etc.
Here is a recipe you can use to help balance your body’s pH…
**1/3 tsp. baking soda
**2 T. lemon juice or Organic apple cider vinegar
Mix together…it will fizz! When it calms down, add it to a glass of water and drink at once! This can also help with stomach acid!
