No Excuses!!! Food4Thought…

I travel a lot…What do I do to exercise while on the road?

There is never an excuse not to be active. In fact, I often find that while traveling I may get my best exercise in.

Push-ups: 3 sets of 75 pushups.
Leg raises: 5 sets of 30 sec leg raises.
Sit ups: 5 sets of 50 sit ups.
Standing Squats: 3 sets of 30 squats.
Burpees: 3 sets of 30 burpees.

This is a nightly ritual for me…rain or shine.

Living an active lifestyle is not about finding excuses to NOT exerciseimages, but finding excuses TO exercise.
